Key Responsibilities:
Data Solutions Delivery (Data Products & Reporting)
  • Lead cross-functional pods to design, build, and maintain scalable Global Finance data products and standardized reporting solutions.
  • Translate complex analytical and business requirements into robust, reusable data solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions that enable strategic insights and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, dependable, performant, and aligned with enterprise data standards.
  • Drive user adoption through intuitive design, clear documentation, and alignment with business needs.

Product Management & Delivery
  • Own end-to-end delivery and lifecycle management of data products
  • Coordinate execution across teams and enterprise partners to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage prioritization, dependencies, and risks with minimal guidance.
  • Apply product management to best practices to drive scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Support management activities including training, rollout, and stakeholder adoption.

Communication & Storytelling
  • Develop clear, data-driven recommendations tailored to technical and business audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Translate complex data insights into compelling narratives and visualizations.
  • Adapt messaging for different audiences balancing technical accuracy with clarity.
  • Mentor junior analysts in communication and data storytelling.

Business & Finance Partnership
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of finance processes, metrics, and decision frameworks.
  • Partner with finance stakeholders to solve complex analytical and operational challenges.
  • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities through data products.
  • Ensure alignment to enterprise metrics, definitions, and strategic outcomes.

Leadership & Collaboration

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Data, Technology, or related field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in data, analytics, or finance technology roles
  • Proven experience delivering complex data products or reporting solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes (e.g., FP&A, accounting, financial reporting)
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a product or agile delivery model.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience supporting finance data domains (foundational data or reporting data)
  • Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, or analytics tools
  • Exposure to data governance practices and enterprise data standards
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading analysts within a team or pod structure.
  • Background in financial services or asset management

Southern California Base Salary Range: $111,920-$179,072
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
