Job description

Job Purpose:

The Data Entry Coordinator performs high volume advanced data entry work. Work involves entering, verifying, researching, coding, correcting, or retrieving information for program services from source documents and/or computer system with a high level of accuracy.

Job Description:

  • Collect, review, and organize service, staffing, and expense documentation from multiple sources, ensuring all required support documents are obtained.
  • Communicate with staff to resolve missing, unclear, or incorrect information and notify management of ongoing documentation issues.
  • Export, enter, and verify service and expense data in Excel and designated software systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile monthly expense reports with Accounting records and submit required spreadsheets, reports, and supporting documentation by established deadlines.
  • Support program operations by scanning and maintaining records, gathering expense documentation, participating in required trainings and meetings, and assisting with policy, procedure, and other assigned duties.

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in related field preferred.

Skills, Licensure and Knowledge Requirements:

  • One-year experience performing data entry (preferred)
  • Knowledgeable in use of Excel
  • Ability to navigate between multiple systems to collect, export, and enter various forms of private and confidential data
