We are a thriving manufacturing company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for our customers and play an essential role in processing orders, supporting daily operations, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from inquiry through fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Order Processing

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently, including order entry, confirmations, and updates
  • Coordinating with internal departments (production, shipping, and accounting) to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Handling customer questions related to orders, shipping status, invoices, and product information
  • Maintaining accurate customer and order records in our CRM system (ZOHO)
Office Support
  • Assisting the Office Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
  • Managing documentation, filing, and data entry related to customer orders and accounts
  • Preparing basic reports related to orders, sales activity, and customer requests
  • Supporting special projects and general office needs as they arise
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative support
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems or order management systems preferred
