Approximately 24 - 30 hrs/week • Monday-Friday • 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Our team brings more than three decades of collective financial advisory experience and is supported by relationships with leading global investment firms.
We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Client Services Associate - a key role in our growing practice dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience to our rapidly expanding client base.
The Role
Working under the direct supervision of the Client Service Manager (CSM), the Client Services Associate is the face of our firm to existing clients. You will own the day-to-day service touchpoints that strengthen client relationships and keep our office running smoothly. This is not a back-office role - it is a high-visibility, client-facing position requiring professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Client Service & Relationship Support
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses
  • Own the client recognition process: birthday cards, anniversary cards, and milestone communications
  • Coordinate client review meetings by scheduling appointments, sending reminders, and executing pre- and post-meeting processes
  • Send new client welcome letters and other ongoing client communications
  • Assist the CSM with documentation requirements for new accounts and account transfers
  • Maintain and update client files, electronic records, and CRM (Client Relationship Management) data

Office Administration
  • Keep conference rooms prepared for client appointments, including supplies, tidiness, and A/V setup
  • Maintain office supply inventory and restock as needed
  • Communicate with building management for maintenance and facility requests
  • Set and track temporary office reservations

Events & Marketing Support
  • Compile guest lists and send invitations for Flagship Financial client events
  • Coordinate with venues for reservations and event logistics
  • Assist with social media postings, including monthly campaigns, holiday posts, and blog content
  • Maintain marketing material library and liaise with vendors on ordering and cost estimates

Requirements
  • 2+ years of high-level client service experience (financial services background preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with common design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite
  • Client-first attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation
$20 - $28 per hour (commensurate with experience)
