Job Schedule: 9/80:Employees work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off 

Job Description:
This position is responsible for transforming data into meaningful, actionable insights that support segment-wide decision-making. As a member of the CSD Business Intelligence team, the selected candidate will partner with stakeholders across all business functions to gather requirements, develop Power BI dashboards and reports, and present data in a way that tells a clear and compelling story. This role is well suited for a motivated early-career professional eager to grow in a close-knit, geographically distributed team environment where curiosity, communication, and collaboration are highly valued.
Essential Functions:
   Engage with stakeholders across all business functions to gather, understand, and document reporting and analytical requirements
   Build new Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch as well as maintain, improve, and optimize existing BI solutions
   Present data in a visually compelling way that tells a clear story and drives understanding and action among stakeholders
   Apply data visualization best practices to ensure dashboards are accurate, accessible, and easy to interpret
   Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights that support business objectives
   Collaborate with Data Engineers and team members to understand data sources, structures, and pipelines that feed BI solutions
   Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or Excel macros/VBA
   Contribute to a team culture of openness, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement


Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science or related field or have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.  
Preferred Additional Skills:
   Experience with DAX for calculated measures and advanced report logic in Power BI
   Familiarity with Power Query for data transformation
   Experience with process automation tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Python, or Excel macros/VBA
   Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C. area, Denver, or NYC areas is $74,000 - $138,000. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, Vermont and Virginia is $64,500 - $120,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
