Location: Various locations across Alberta The Research Analyst/Evaluator conducts research and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the organization's programs and initiatives. This role involves collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement research and evaluation plans.

Collect quantitative and qualitative data through surveys, interviews, and focus groups. Analyze data and identify trends, outcomes, and areas for improvement. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

Monitor and assess program performance against objectives. Stay updated on best practices in research and evaluation. Collaborate with program staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience in research or program evaluation. Strong analytical and statistical skills.

Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or Tableau). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
