Summary

As a Data Scientist at FGF Brands you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside experienced data scientists on real-world projects that directly impact our business. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of data science, including data analysis, machine learning, and computer vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with data science team researching on the latest technologies and state of the art AI and computer vision models with the goal of importing them into manufacturing industry. 
  • Understand business requirements and develop AI driven solutions addressing those requirements.
  • Help with data collection from various automated and manual processes.
  • Analyze structured and unstructured data from various data sources, clean data, transform raw data into business insights by building ETL pipelines and visualization dashboards.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis and data visualization
  • Education in engineering or analytical fields, Master degree is preferred
  • Possesses a strong foundation in programming languages like python and common data analysis packages (Tensorflow, Pytorch, etc.)
  • Has a working knowledge of computer vision techniques applicable to manufacturing, such as image classification (e.g., CNNs, YOLO, VLM).
  • Tech-savvy, autonomous, eager to learn, comfortable working in fast paced environments.
