• Technical Pipeline Initiation & Execution: Translate VOC and market research into compelling Market Requirements Documents (MRDs). Turn ideas into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications that teams can build from. Participate actively in planning, answering questions, make strategic tradeoffs, and help remove blockers during execution.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Perform rigorous competitive analysis. Work seamlessly with Sales & Marketing and the Service group to successfully position, message, and launch the product, defining key differentiators and target customer profiles.
• P&L and Pricing Ownership: Accountable for the fiscal success of the product line. Work closely with HarvestMaster Sales and Service teams to set strategic pricing and discount structures in conformance with the business model, unit profitability, and what the research market will bear.
