Job Description: As an Instructor Therapist at our organization, you will deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions at client's homes or in the community under the supervision of a RBA 



Duties and Responsibilities:

- Implementing client-specific programming 

- Proficient with technology

- Assisting clients in achieving their goals by implementing strategies and closely monitoring their progress.

- Implement skill acquisition and behaviour reduction programs effectively.

- Collecting and graphing data for comprehensive analysis.

- Prepare teaching materials.

- Documenting progress notes within our customized system.

- Work collaboratively with team members throughout the treatment process.

- Updating parents and other team members on progress


Our ideal Instructor Therapist:

- Diploma in behavioural sciences or post-graduate autism certificate

- Minimum of one year of experience delivering ABA-based programming to children with ASD

- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and time management abilities.

- Proficiency in English with both verbal and written communication.

- Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

- Possession of a valid Ontario driver's license and dependable transportation.

- Current and clear police background check.

- Experience in running ABA assessments

- Great attitude and flexible personality

Schedule: 9 am- 8 pm-  and weekends


Job Type:- This position is an independent contractor position- Beginning with part-time hours with the potential to build up a full-time caseload.


Compensation is based on experience, education, and professional credentials.

Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 6 – 30 hours per week
