What does a data science instructor remote do?

A Data Science Instructor Remote teaches students foundational and advanced concepts in data science through online platforms. They develop lesson plans, deliver lectures or workshops, guide students through hands-on projects, and provide feedback on assignments. Instructors also stay current with industry trends to ensure their teaching materials remain relevant. They may interact with students via video calls, forums, and virtual office hours, supporting learners from diverse backgrounds and locations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a data science instructor remote, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Data Science Instructor (Remote), you need a strong background in data science concepts, programming (Python or R), and a relevant degree or industry experience. Job description

Description
We're growing and looking to hire a RevOps Data Analyst who embodies our core values: People First, Customer Obsession, Strive for Excellence, and Integrity.
Claroty is a global leader in cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection, dedicated to securing the critical infrastructure that keeps the world running. We're a fast-growing, award-winning team where innovation meets purpose-and we want you to help us define the future of cybersecurity.
About the Role:
Are you a data-driven strategist who loves turning raw numbers into actionable growth? As our RevOps Data Analyst, you will be the analytical engine driving our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. You won't just mine data-you will translate it into powerful, usable insights that shape the future of our revenue organization. Partnering cross-functionally with leadership, Finance, and GTM teams, you will own our data models, maintain our reporting infrastructure, and track the leading and lagging indicators that propel our business forward.
Responsibilities
As a RevOps Data Analyst, your impact will be:
  • Data Modeling & Analysis: Mine, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, build predictive data models, and deliver high-impact strategic insights.
  • GTM Strategy & Execution: Define, track, and report on key leading and lagging performance indicators for the RevOps and broader GTM organizations.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Own and manage the deployment of interactive dashboards, documentation of data definitions, and overall reporting infrastructure to ensure a single source of truth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with other business units (such as Finance) to support data requests, align key metrics, and streamline cross-functional workflows.
  • Insight Delivery: Translate intricate data findings into clear, executive-ready recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
What you need to succeed in this role:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or revenue operations.
  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience working directly within a RevOps or GTM function (Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success operations).
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience building sophisticated data models, managing data definitions, and maintaining BI infrastructure.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with modern forecasting and revenue analytics tools (e.g., Clari, Databricks).
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies and machine learning tools for predictive data analysis.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience managing enterprise BI tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).

About Claroty
Claroty empowers organizations to protect the mission-critical infrastructure that underpins modern life. The AI-powered Claroty Platform serves as the single source of operational truth, providing the deepest visibility and broadest protection across cyber-physical systems (CPS), leveraging five core solutions: asset inventory, exposure management, network protection, secure access, and threat detection. Claroty helps organizations operationalize CPS protection through a programmatic approach designed to reduce risk, maintain operational integrity, and meet compliance-whether in the cloud with Claroty xDome or on-premise with Claroty Continuous Threat Detection (CTD). Claroty is deployed by hundreds of organizations at thousands of sites globally. The company is headquartered in New York City and has a presence in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and Latin America.
