SUMMARY
Primary Project: Enter product and lab data within Alchemy to feed AI-based in-house tools for knowledge management, formulation design and onboarding of Novagard employees. Secondary Project: Support the design and development of a new website featuring an Innovation Engine landing page showcasing cutting-edge materials, problems solved, and product solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Enter, update, and validate data within an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to support daily business operations
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing database records by identifying and correcting inconsistencies
  • Apply AI-powered tools to automate data validation, detect errors, and improve data accuracy
  • Clean, format, and organize large datasets for integration into ERP platforms
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and ERP reporting features to support decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow between departments
  • Perform routine quality checks and leverage AI insights to reduce manual errors and improve efficiency
  • Maintain strict data security and confidentiality standards
  • Other duties as assigned
