·       Direct and control project activities for the client, with responsibility for technical execution, financial management, staffing, methods, schedule performance, risk management, and overall delivery quality.

·       Interface with senior government leaders, contracting representatives, program managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, resolve issues, negotiate priorities, and support informed decision-making.

·       Evaluate agency data assets, business processes, and mission requirements to identify opportunities for automation, analytics modernization, operational improvement, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

·       Mentor and supervise data scientists, analysts, engineers, and other technical staff as needed, ensuring team members apply sound methods and deliver high-quality work products.

·       Prepare briefings, technical documentation, analytical reports, executive summaries, and recommendations for a diverse range of stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

·       Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of seniority, including members of Congress
