Job description

We are looking for dedicated Document Imaging Scanning Clerk in Boyers PA 16020 with $17.71/hr pay for a 3-month temp-to-perm opportunity). This is repetitious, opening and sorting mail, and preparing it for scanning into a high-speed scanner, and alpha and numeric keying proficiency. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills. Prior experience with scanning equipment or document processing is a plus. – APPLY NOW!

Work Schedule: 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Description of position and job requirements: There are four main components to the position. There are opportunities for rotating staff among these components either on different days or during the duration of the shift.

  • Scanning – Prepped cartons are moved (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scanners one at a time or in small batches.
  • Quality – Confirms the accuracy of scanned documents.
  • Release/Index – Documentation of files and release of scanned material to the customer.


Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and data entry skills.
  • Strong ability to focus on repetitive tasks environment and meet high productivity standards.
  • Comfortable with constant use of upper extremities (keyboard, mouse, scanner).
  • Able to lift and move cartons or document boxes as needed.
  • Proficient with basic computer functions and navigating software.
  • Prior experience with scanning equipment or document processing is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment
