About the team

The Enterprise Risk Management Program Governance team ensures a structured and consistent approach to managing Enterprise Issue Management, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and associated risk reporting. We provide oversight, standardization, and accountability to drive effective identification, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting of risks to align with the organization's strategicobjectivesand regulatory requirements.

What you will be doing

AsaRisk Analyst,Issue Management, youwill support the governance, execution, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Issue Management program. You will partner with Risk, Security, Compliance, and Business Unit(1stLine Risk)stakeholders to ensure issues areidentified, documented, remediated, and closedin accordance withprogram standards. You willdriveconsistency,increaseaccountability, and influence stakeholders across the enterprise whilestrengthening the organization's overall risk posture.

  • Drive enterprise Issue Management governance by monitoring issue lifecycle activities, policy compliance, service level expectations, andoverallprogram health whilepartnering with stakeholders to promotetimelyremediation and effective risk mitigation.

  • Perform quality assurance reviews of issues and remediation plans to ensure completeandaccuratedocumentation, clear risk articulation, effective root cause analysis, and compliance with enterprise standards.

  • Analyze issue data toidentifyrecurring themes, systemic control weaknesses, emerging risks,opportunities to reduce repeat risk events,andstrengthen risk mitigation.

  • Developexecutive-readyreportingon key metricsand insights: past-due,high-riskand aged issues, issues lacking remediation plans,risk acceptance requests, and escalations.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Risk and Business Unit stakeholders by interpreting programrequirements, providing guidance, and promoting consistent issue management practices. Leverage stakeholder feedback to improve Issue Management processes, tooling, reporting, and operational efficiency.

What you bring

  • Five to seven years of experience in risk management, audit, compliance, enterprise governance,or related control oversight function;preferablyincluding experience supporting or overseeing the issue/finding management lifecycle.

  • Experience working withinfintech,financial services, or other regulated technology industries.

  • Experience administering or enhancing GRCplatforms(e.g., Archer), including workflow optimization,user experienceimprovements, and release planning.

  • Strong critical thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skillswith the ability to challenge constructively,identifyrisk insights, and drive outcomes without direct authority.

  • Strong processexecutionexperience, able to independently lead process improvement, change management, and transformation initiatives from ideation to execution.

  • Self-motivated team player who works effectively both independently and in a collaborative environment with a passion for continuous improvement.

Bonus if you have

  • Experiencefacilitatinggovernance forums or stakeholder trainingto large audiences.

  • Experience using reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,Quickbase) to develop dashboards and program metrics for senior audiences and/or committees.
