NA Data and AI Technical Advisor- Databricks 

Location: North America (Remote)

Reports To: Head of Data and AI Technical Advisory, North America 

 

Mission 

To accelerate client transformation through co-innovated Data and AI solutions by forging strategic partnerships with Databricks and delivering scalable, high-impact architectures that solve real business challenges. 

Role Overview 

As a NA Data and AI Technical Advisor - Databricks, you will act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, driving innovation, enabling internal teams, and ensuring seamless integration of Databricks' advanced Data & AI capabilities into client solutions. 

You will directly influence Atos' Data & AI strategy across North America, accelerate market penetration, and drive growth and revenue by shaping go-to-market initiatives, enabling co-sell motions with Databricks, and creating differentiated solutions that win strategic deals. This role requires a blend of technical depth, strategic leadership, and relationship-building skills to work cross-functionally with Alliance, Data & AI Delivery, Pre-Sales, Learning & Development, and Marketing teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

Technical Expertise & Certification 

  • Maintain and advance Databricks certifications (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional) 

  • Stay ahead of Databricks product releases, roadmap updates, and partnership programs 

Sales & Pursuit Alignment 

  • Serve as technical advisor during pre-sales engagements involving Databricks 

  • Tailor solution demos, PoCs, and compelling value stories leveraging Databricks Lakehouse Platform 

  • Ensure compliance with Databricks co-sell requirements and funding programs 

Internal Enablement & Knowledge Sharing 

  • Support L&D Teams in developing certification and enablement strategy for Databricks technologies within North America 

  • Lead internal workshops, labs, and knowledge-sharing sessions 

  • Maintain solution patterns and accelerators aligned with Databricks architecture 

Delivery Enablement 

  • Support seamless handoff from pre-sales to delivery teams for Databricks projects 

  • Gather feedback from delivery to refine future implementations 

  • Ensure adherence to Databricks best practices and reference architectures 

Asset & IP Development 

  • Build and maintain Databricks reference architectures, boilerplates, and templates 

  • Codify repeatable solutions leveraging Databricks in a differentiated way 

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Alliance teams on case studies, white papers, and thought leadership 

Partnership Engagement 

  • Act as liaison between Atos Data & AI Business Line, Atos Alliances, and Databricks partnership teams 

  • Represent Atos at Databricks events, conferences, and advisory councils 

Strategic Reporting 

  • Track and report on:  

  • Databricks certifications and enablement status within Atos North America 

  • Databricks-aligned revenue 

  • Use case wins, PoCs, and customer success stories 

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with Databricks Lakehouse Platform, Delta Lake, MLflow, and Spark. 

  • Familiarity with Databricks partner programs, co-sell motions, and funding mechanisms. 

  • Thought leadership demonstrated through blogs, speaking engagements, or community contributions. 

  • Knowledge of integration with other technologies such as SAP, GCP, Azure, AWS, and enterprise data platforms is a strong advantage.
