Job Summary:
A Trimont Data Research internship provides talented and skilled students with an opportunity to gain valuable experience working with Trimont staff to conduct research and create content and analytics that provide insights on economic, real estate, and financial trends. The intern will work closely with staff to develop and organize presentations, written materials, webinars, and research.
Responsibilities:
  • Help develop content for both internal and external audiences (e.g., website, presentations).
  • Identify, organize, and evaluate raw data to develop quantitative and qualitative analytics; and other analytical tools as needed.
  • Organize, develop, and monitor internal databases to support management and enhance company reputation.
  • Write and review local economic and real estate market analyses that provide insights into the health and risk of market economic activity.
  • Contribute to building the company's reputation through various communication platforms, including podcasts, webinars, written materials, and presentations.

Required Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Data Research, or a related field.
  • A passion for learning about economics, real estate, and finance and the pursuit of excellence.
  • Strong data visualization, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational and administrative strengths, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
