Responsibilities:
- Help develop content for both internal and external audiences (e.g., website, presentations).
- Identify, organize, and evaluate raw data to develop quantitative and qualitative analytics; and other analytical tools as needed.
- Organize, develop, and monitor internal databases to support management and enhance company reputation.
- Write and review local economic and real estate market analyses that provide insights into the health and risk of market economic activity.
- Contribute to building the company's reputation through various communication platforms, including podcasts, webinars, written materials, and presentations.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Junior or Senior standing) in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or Data Research, or a related field.
- A passion for learning about economics, real estate, and finance and the pursuit of excellence.
- Strong data visualization, verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational and administrative strengths, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
