Role Purpose

10 hours per week

Onsite in Jefferson, IA

Contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the AAI/Spalding Marketing team by producing high-quality market intelligence, competitive insights, content support, and business analysis that help clarify product positioning, inform commercial decisions, and support successful execution of marketing and business development priorities.

         Actionable market intelligence: Deliver research and analysis that identify relevant trends, customer needs, competitive activity, and growth opportunities for AAI/Spalding products and categories.

         Stronger product positioning: Improve the clarity, consistency, and relevance of product messaging across presentations, marketing materials, and customer-facing content.

         Decision-ready business analysis: Translate data, research findings, and competitive information into concise insights that help managers and business partners make informed decisions.

         Reliable commercial support: Support international and sales-related initiatives with accurate reporting, quotes, documentation, and follow-through that enable timely execution.
