Summary
The Senior Reporting Analyst leads the design, automation, and continuous improvement of operational reporting using Power BI, with a strong focus on Verint Operations Manager (OM) data. This role serves as a subject?matter expert for operational metrics, reporting standards, and automation, partnering closely with Service Delivery and leadership to deliver insights that drive performance and process improvement.
This role is ideal for an experienced analyst who can independently own reporting solutions, influence reporting strategy, and translate complex operational data into actionable insights.
Your role in our mission
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise?level Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for operational performance.
  • Serve as a subject?matter expert for Verint OM reporting, operational metrics, and data interpretation.
  • Partner with operational leaders to define reporting requirements, success metrics, and standardized definitions.
  • Design and maintain scalable data models and optimized Power BI datasets.
  • Drive report automation and optimization, reducing manual effort and improving refresh performance and reliability.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and data workflows supporting reporting solutions.
  • Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, risks, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear insights and recommendations for leadership.
  • Establish and maintain reporting standards, documentation, and data governance practices.
  • Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on reporting best practices and tooling.
  • Manage and prioritize complex reporting requests while balancing short?term needs and long?term strategy.

What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or operational performance analysis.
  • Advanced experience building and managing Power BI solutions in a production environment.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and performance optimization.
  • Strong experience with Power BI data modeling, Power Query, and DAX.
  • Deep experience with Verint Operations Manager (OM) or similar WFM platforms.
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for automation or advanced data preparation.

The pay range for this position is $69,400.00 - $99,200.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
