About the role

The Controls Manageris responsible forthe operational performance, maintenance, reliability, and strategic development of Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM), and related controls platforms across Prime Data Centers' portfolio. The role partners with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams to ensure mission-critical systemsoperatesafely, efficiently, andin accordance withPrime standards.

What you'll do Operations & Reliability
  • Oversee day-to-day operation of BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems across multiple data center facilities.
  • Ensure allcontrolssystems, integrations, and monitoring platformsoperatereliably and accurately.
  • Lead troubleshooting, incident response, root-cause analysis, and corrective action efforts forcontrols-related issues.
  • Support critical facility operations andprovidetechnical guidance during equipment failures and emergency events.
  • Manage controls standards, procedures, and governance for BAS/BMS/EPMS/DCIM systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for controls architecture, integration, automation, and monitoring platforms.
  • Lead modifications and optimization projects to improve facility efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
  • Develop andmaintainoperational documentation, test procedures, MOPs, and change management records.
  • Support new construction, phased expansions, retrofits, and facility upgrades from a controls perspective.
  • Review controls designs, sequences of operation, network architectures, pointslists, and equipment submittals.
  • Participate in commissioning activities andvalidatecontrols performance during startup and turnover.
  • Coordinate contractors, vendors, and integrators during implementation and maintenance activities.
  • Analyze operational trends, alarms, powerutilization, and system performance metrics.
  • Identifyopportunities for automation, energy reduction, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Support implementation of emerging technologies and enhancements to Prime'scontrolsstandards.
