Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced CX Insights Data Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Stamford, CT.
Summary:
We're seeking a data driven, customer obsessed CX Insights Analyst to join our CX journey & design team. This role will be pivotal in uncovering customer pain points, synthesizing insights into compelling stories, and partnering across UX Research, Marketing Research, and CX Design to drive our CX Improvement roadmap. The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst and storyteller-someone who loves diving into customer data and transforming it into meaningful insights that influence strategy, design, and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data across platforms including Medallia, Tableau, and MicroStrategy
* Identify trends, pain points, root causes, and opportunities that impact the customer experience
* Build dashboards, visualizations, and analytical views that surface actionable insights for partners and leadership
* Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy of data used for CX measurement
* Transform complex data findings into clear, cohesive customer narratives that resonate with both technical and non technical audiences
* Connect quantitative data with qualitative insights from UX and Marketing Research to build a holistic view of customer needs
* Present insights in a compelling, structured way that drives alignment and decision making
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5+ years in CX analytics, customer insights, business analytics, or a related field
* Hands on experience with Medallia, Tableau, and MicroStrategy (or similar feedback/BI tools)
* Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to interpret and work with large datasets
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in insight storytelling
* Ability to work collaboratively across research, design, marketing, and product teams
Preferred:
* Experience in journey analytics or service design environments
* Familiarity with statistical analysis, text analytics, or customer sentiment modeling
* Background in CX insights, UX research or marketing analytics
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
