This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned QC professional who thrives in vertical construction and wants to be part of mission-critical military infrastructure projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.
  • 5+ years of combined experience in roles such as Project Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or Construction Manager on similar vertical structure builds.
  • 4+ years of direct experience as a Quality Control Manager.
  • Proven experience in vertical construction, preferably including large-scale military or federal buildings.
  • In-depth knowledge of EM 385-1-1 standards, with experience in hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
  • Current "Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors" certificate (required).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring strict compliance with EM 385-1-1 and project specifications
  • Partnering with site safety to maintain compliance and execution standards

What they’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in construction roles (QC Manager, Superintendent, PM, etc.)
  • 4+ years specifically in a QC Manager capacity
  • Strong background in vertical construction (federal/DoD preferred)
  • Current CQM for Contractors certification (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Experience with EM 385-1-1 standards and federal project delivery

Nice to have:

  • Experience on multi-unit housing or large-scale federal/DoD projects
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar document control systems
