Employment Type: Full-Time Employee (FTE) / Contract-to-Hire (C2H) / Contract-to-Contract (C2C)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and drive project management activities in Digital and Analytics (D&A) initiatives, including Data Services, Master Data Management (MDM), Business Intelligence (BI), and Data Science projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing projects related to Data Warehousing, Data Science, and Visualization technologies.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of medium to high-complexity projects within a matrix resource environment.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
  • Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Apply PMI-based project management methodologies to manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using iterative approaches.
  • Provide leadership in multi-company, cross-functional team environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
    • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 7 years of project management experience handling medium to high-complexity projects.
    • 24 years of experience leading teams.
    • 5+ years of experience in software or systems testing.
    • 5+ years of experience in software development.
    • Proven experience managing projects related to Data Warehousing, Data Science, and BI.
    • Expertise in managing SDLC projects and iterative methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in budgeting, process management, risk assessment, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with all levels of management.
