Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Systems Department. This role is key to supporting project management operations, overseeing processes, handling administrative tasks, and providing valuable data analysis. The ideal candidate will be capable of taking initiative with minimal direction, maintaining a balance between firmness and flexibility, and thriving in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift and ambiguity is common.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Develop comprehensive project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation specific to Supermicro technology implementations.
* Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
* Facilitate regular project meetings, provide updates and gather feedback from team members and stakeholders.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
* Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
* Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to best practices in project management and Supermicro technology.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred. A master's degree is a plus.
* Minimum of 1+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure.
* Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).

Salary Range

$80,000 - $98,000
