The Project Manager is responsible for one or more service areas of Professional Services which shall include, but not be limited to, (1) managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new and existing customers for the implementation of multiple Relias products and solutions; and/or (2) migrations of customers to and from Relias platforms or as a result of acquisitions; and/or (3) managing special internal projects. The customer base will manage enterprise-level healthcare customers with one or more Relias products and solutions. This role will manage customer onboarding from post-sale to launch and which will include the technical set up and configuration of Relias products, and management of the overall project plan. May from time-to-time assist with internal projects.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • Project Management
    o Manage the customer migrations and/or implementation of the Relias Platform for multiple solutions
    o Commanding and driving internal resources across Relias, including but not limited to technical, clinical, change management, and account management teams
    o Developing detailed project plans, identifying scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and contingency plans
    o Utilizing tools and project management practices to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication and collaboration, both internally and externally
    o Identifying and managing risks and issues, and working with internal teams for mitigation
    o Lead project reviews, provide status reports, and ensure project remains on schedule, within scope, and within budget
    o Developing and fostering positive relationships and building rapport with customers
    o Utilizing current and best practice implementation documentation and toolkit
  • Technical Set Up and Configuration
    o Configure contracted products and solutions to customer specifications
    o Providing technical support to customers throughout the duration of the migration/implementation as required
    o Conducting platform training sessions in various settings for internal and external customers as required
  • Department Operational Support
    o Assist department manager with project assignments and mentoring other team members
    o Ensure process documentation is developed and maintained
    o Ensure department SharePoint site is kept up to date
    o Act as liaison to other departments as assigned
    o Assist department manager with sales support (i.e., demonstrations of solutions to new and existing customers, customer calls, etc.)
    o RFP response support
  • Other duties as assigned

YOU'VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
• 5 years in project management managing enterprise level customer projects
• 5 years implementation SaaS based products and solutions
• Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and software
• Bachelor's Degree
IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU HAVE:
• PMP certification preferred (or working towards)
• Experience in a healthcare setting or onboarding healthcare customers
• Technical Knowledge of common application integrations (Text File, SSO, API/Web Services)
