The Reynolds Company (TRC) is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing Data Center Vertical. This position provides critical day-to-day operational support for multiple Project Managers responsible for delivering electrical equipment and solutions to hyperscale, colocation, and mission-critical data center projects across North America.

Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager serves as the operational coordinator supporting Project Managers throughout every phase of the project lifecycle. This role coordinates documentation, manufacturing schedules, submittals, logistics, customer communications, and project financial administration to ensure successful project execution.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support multiple Project Managers simultaneously.
  • Assist with project startup, kickoff meetings, and project documentation.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestone tracking, and action item logs.
  • Coordinate customer communications and routine project updates.
  • Track equipment procurement, factory production, and manufacturing milestones.
  • Manage submittals, engineering revisions, and approval workflows.
  • Coordinate freight, deliveries, storage, and jobsite logistics.
  • Prepare billing packages, track purchase orders, invoices, and change orders.
  • Maintain complete project documentation through closeout.
