Job description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

The Sustaining Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to execute high-impact projects that improve manufacturability, cost efficiency, and scalability ofCoolIT'shardware products, including CDUs and PCLs. This role ensures on-time delivery of sustaining and continuous improvement initiatives by managing scope, risk, and performance across engineering, supply chain, and production functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead sustaining projects to improve manufacturability, cost, and scalability of CDUs and PCLs.
  • UseClickUpto manage scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to removeexecutionroadblocks and ensure milestone alignment.
  • UseArenato manage engineering changes and support design change control.
  • UseNetSuiteandFactory Logixtools totrack and report project performance.
  • Communicate status to stakeholders, including KPIs for cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Support global coordination with APAC teams.

WHO YOU ARE:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in hardware, manufacturing, or supply chain
  • Engineering or technical diploma or bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in project planning and execution using tools such asClickUpand Arena
  • Strong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills
  • Knowledge of cross-functional workflows in manufacturing environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training
  • Experience managing sustaining or continuous improvement projects in a Lean manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and MES tools like Factory Logix
  • Experience working with electromechanical designs and cross-regional teams
  • Exposure to high-volume production ramp planning and supplier coordination
