Job Title: AI Program Manager  Location: Oakwood, GA 30566 (Hybrid – 2-3 Days Onsite, Relocation Accepted Day 1) Duration: 6 Months Contract on w2   Responsibilities
  • Lead enterprise AI transformation and Microsoft Copilot implementation programs.
  • Develop and execute AI adoption roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to define AI strategy and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive Microsoft Copilot rollout, governance, user adoption, and enablement initiatives.
  • Establish AI governance frameworks including responsible AI policies, security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, data, analytics, infrastructure, security, and application development.
  • Develop executive presentations, business cases, funding proposals, and program status reports.
  • Lead organizational change management activities including communications, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption strategies.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects to align AI initiatives with enterprise data strategy.
  • Support implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), enterprise knowledge management, and AI-powered search solutions.
  • Monitor program KPIs, adoption metrics, value realization, and ROI.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout program execution.

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
  • 3+ years leading enterprise AI, Generative AI, or Microsoft Copilot initiatives.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide AI adoption programs.
  • Strong experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience developing AI strategy and business cases.
  • Strong organizational change management and training enablement experience.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
