Manager, Product Management - Accounts Data Product

Manager, Product Management (PXDP50)

Product Management at Capital One is a booming, vibrant craft that requires reimagining the status quo, finding value creation opportunities, and driving innovative and sustainable customer experiences through technology. We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.

About the Team

The Credit Card Accounts Data Product team builds and manages one of the key data assets for Capital One - authoritative data related to US and Canada Card consumer and small business accounts that primarily drives account management, servicing treatment and decisioning actions. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to take ownership of the critical data product.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our data product assets and capabilities deliver on our product goals. • System Reliability: Monitor live processes to ensure stability and troubleshoot any real-time issues. You will help pinpoint whether failures are due to the platform itself or the specific business logic being run, ensuring our financial record system remains accurate and fully auditable.

  • Data Product Governance and Maturity: Monitor client feedback and requests to implement product best practices for data governance and data product maturity. You will help scale the data product to all data producers and consumers within the company and define how to operate a data product successfully.
