What is the difference between a product manager and a data product manager?

A product manager oversees the development and strategy of a product, focusing on customer needs and business goals, while a data product manager specializes in managing data-driven products, ensuring data quality, analytics, and insights align with organizational objectives. They facilitate communication by translating business needs into technical specifications and prioritize tasks within the team.
