About OneMain Financial
OneMain Financial is the largest non-bank lender in the U.S., proudly serving millions of customers with safe, affordable, and transparent installment loans and credit cards. We are an innovative, digital-focused company who is transforming the way our customers think about and use financial products.

At OneMain, our Digital team is building and scaling web and mobile experiences that help customers manage their financial lives with greater ease and confidence. We work across product, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and operations to create digital experiences that are simple, reliable, and measurable.
About the Role
As the Lead Product Manager - Digital Analytics Platform & Strategy, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for OneMain's Customer Journey Intelligence foundation. This includes how customer behavioral data is captured, standardized, validated, connected, and made usable across digital products, analytics, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.
You will lead the development of a governed digital analytics foundation that gives teams trusted, consistent, and actionable customer journey data. This role sits at the center of product, engineering, analytics, data, and marketing teams, with responsibility for setting standards, driving adoption, and ensuring measurement is built into the product development lifecycle from the start.
You will also help modernize OneMain's digital data ecosystem by reducing fragmented tracking, improving identity consistency, enabling reusable journey data products, and supporting the transition away from legacy or tightly coupled data dependencies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the roadmap for OneMain's Customer Journey Intelligence foundation, including digital analytics tracking, standards, adoption, and data quality
  • Set and maintain standards for how customer activity is captured and measured across OneMain's web and mobile products
  • Define consistent event, property, identity, and measurement standards that help teams understand customer journeys across products and channels
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure new features launch with the right tracking, validation, and measurement in place
  • Improve the quality and reliability of customer behavior data through clear review, validation, monitoring, and governance processes
  • Review existing tracking, tools, dashboards, and data flows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, and opportunities to improve
  • Work with analytics, data engineering, and product teams to make digital data easier to trust, understand, and use in tools such as Snowflake and reporting platforms
  • Lead cross-functional alignment on digital tracking standards, implementation practices, data quality expectations, and adoption priorities
  • Create templates, documentation, playbooks, and tools that make it easier for teams to follow standards and implement tracking consistently
  • Help modernize OneMain's digital analytics foundation by reducing reliance on legacy tracking approaches and supporting more scalable, reusable journey data products

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with digital analytics, data platforms, or customer-facing digital products
  • Experience defining or improving how customer behavior is measured across web and/or mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of how digital data moves across systems, with the ability to work closely with engineering, analytics, and data teams
  • Experience setting standards or improving data quality across multiple teams, tools, or systems
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear data, tracking, and measurement requirements
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new standards or processes
  • Experience with analytics or data platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Heap, Snowflake, or similar tools

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with custom digital tracking or instrumentation frameworks, such as internal tracking libraries, event collectors, or similar tools
  • Familiarity with identity, session, and event tracking challenges across web and mobile experiences
  • Experience working in financial services, fintech, or another regulated industry

Location:
This role is Hybrid. You should be located within a commutable distance to one of our offices located in New York City, NY, Wilmington, DE, Baltimore, MD, Charlotte, NC, Fort Worth, TX or Irving, TX with expectations of being in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Salary:
