Data Scientist
The Opportunity:
Design and implement effective AI solution architecture utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and met hods to address Marine Corps operational needs. Apply advanced technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members, as needed. Contribute to the direction of critical solutions by applying best-fit ML algorithms and technologies. Help your clients navigate the landscape of ML algorithms, tools, and frameworks.
You Have:
  • 2+ years of experience with artifi cia l intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, sof tware engineering, data research, or data analytics
  • Experience with sof tware develop ment or engineering, including in an academic or professional environment
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks
  • Experience with a programming language, including Python, C#, or Java
  • Ability to create solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to develop scripts and programs for converting various types of data into usable formats and support project team to scale, monitor, and operate data platforms
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
