Job description

Workway BancForce is a premier national staffing firm that places qualified job-seeking candidates across the nation in direct hire, temp-to-hire, and temporary positions across a variety of specialized fields. 
We are looking for a Foreclosure Referrals Processor for our industry leading specialty law firm client, in their Phoenix office. The firm specializes in the representation of financial institutions, investors, title insurers, housing authorities and select businesses in all matters related to servicing, mortgage banking, consumer finance, title insurance, real estate finance, and the enforcement of mortgage loans.
This is a self-directed, detail oriented position and we want someone who will be ready to jump in, take initiative and hit the ground running.
Your specific duties will include:

  • Importing foreclosure referrals into internal systems
  • Notating case details
  • Preparing and merging cover sheets
  • Coordinating with title companies to obtain and review title reports
  • Create investor system profiles
  • Request additional documentation from clients
  • Ensure all data is accurately reflected in the case management system through web-based audit tools.
  • Additional duties:
    • Managing communication with clients, vendors, and internal processors
    • Routing client emails appropriately
    • Conducting skip traces and military searches
    • Maintaining up-to-date reports to track and follow up on critical due dates.

Specific qualifications for the position include :

  • 1+ years mortgage industry, escrow, servicing or direct foreclosure experience
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Type 50+ WPM, Advanced 10Key skills
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Rate Range: $20 starting hourly
