At The Coca-Cola Company, we leverage data as a strategic asset to drive enterprise-wide decision-making. This role is responsible for delivering analytical insights and governance support across multiple master data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain.
The Senior Manager, Data Governance Analyst will combine strong analytical expertise with data governance discipline and stakeholder consulting capabilities. This role will ensure that trusted, well-governed data is accessible and effectively used across the organization while supporting key business initiatives that rely on master and reference data.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Multi-Domain Data Support
  • Perform complex data research and analysis across multiple enterprise data domains, including Customer, Vendor, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain.

  • Design and implement data mining models, analytical frameworks, and statistical methodologies to identify trends and execute effective data profiling.

  • Develop scalable reporting solutions that enable consistent, cross-domain visibility into master data business challenges.

Data Governance Execution
  • Support enterprise data governance activities, including:

  • Managing and coordinating system and reporting access requests in alignment with data access policies

  • Conducting periodic access reviews and audits to ensure appropriate data usage and compliance

  • Maintaining and enhancing metadata and business glossary content within the enterprise data catalog

  • Ensure adherence to data governance standards, policies, and controls to improve data quality, consistency, and trust.

Stakeholder Consulting & Enablement
  • Provide consultative support to business stakeholders across the enterprise on projects requiring master and/or reference data.

  • Partner with business and technical teams to define and standardize critical data elements and usage guidelines.

  • Support domain data governance leads to translate business requirements into data solutions, ensuring alignment with governance principles and enterprise data strategy.

Leadership & Execution
  • Lead cross-functional projects and processes, ensuring delivery against timelines and alignment with business priorities.

  • Drive improvements to data processes, systems, and workflows to enhance performance and efficiency.

  • Influence stakeholders across functions by communicating insights, recommendations, and governance expectations clearly and effectively.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field

  • Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) preferred

Related Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, or data governance within a business operations environment

  • Experience supporting multiple enterprise data domains (e.g., Customer, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Vendor data)

  • Proven experience executing data governance processes such as access management, audits, or metadata management

  • Experience providing consultative support to stakeholders on data-related initiatives
