ROOTLOGIK is a company that provides data driven solutions to medium- to large-sized businesses. We are currently looking for a Data Processing Analyst to support a leading Automotive client. We support several business groups and systems across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Processing Analyst for ROOTLOGIK, you will be in direct contact with various client representatives and responsible for managing business processes, data and reports to support their business. Key responsibilities include:


  • Interface with the client to represent the work being done by ROOTLOGIK
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s business including business processes, applications and data which directly support running their business
  • Work with the ROOTLOGIK team and/or client to identify, document, develop and/or operate business solutions which will help improve quality, accuracy, insight, and/or reduce workload.
  • Gather, consolidate and manage data from various sources to provide the client insight into their business based on the information collected
  • Respond to client’s ad-hoc requests in a timely manner which could include, simple data draws, in-depth data analysis, user application training, how-to questions or troubleshooting
  • Support problem identification.
  • Ensuring client issues/concerns are captured, validated, and escalated for further processing.


A successful Data Processing Analyst will have:


  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to self-manage tasks, work independently and deliverables effectively.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills that will allow them to define the problems, collect the necessary data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Strong verbal and written skills that will allow them to easily communicate with both the client and ROOTLOGIK teams
  • Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Fluency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Required)
  • Prior experience with at least one of the following is not required but desired: MySQL, PostgreSQL, KNIME, Jasper Studio or PowerBI
  • Prior work experience in Launch Readiness, Supply Chain, Order Management, and/or Automotive is not required but desired
