Sales Operations Analyst – WWCO Center of Excellence

ADP is looking to hire a Sales Operations Analyst (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive change management, as well as support the Sales & Partnerships organizations in improving infrastructure, including tools, systems and analytics. Collaboration with sales teams and internal partners is essential for success in this role, particularly regarding policy changes. Must have a strong background in sales analytics and automation and a proven ability to adapt to change quickly, as this will be pivotal.

This is a highly visible and instrumental role to our sales organizations. We are seeking an individual who has high energy, likes to win, and thrives where things move fast, and deadlines must be hit without exception

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and validate client data and work directly with sales team to ensure accurate collection of key documentation
  • Provide highly engaged, client focused and Just-in-Time support for Sales partners
  • Understand the relationships between ADP sales and External Sales Channels
  • Analyze, aggregate, and track Channel Payments
  • Create and analyze modern sales reporting and metric packages using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other software.
  • Help identify and eliminate obstacles to replicate and scale reports
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment
  • Manage effective communication of updates, challenges and changes with sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience.
  • Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges
  • Leverage advanced analytical skills to identify correlations between diverse data streams that provide strategic direction to company initiatives
  • Work independently to resolve challenges and provide creative solutions to sales' issues and questions
  • Perform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges to find opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications required:

  • A college degree is nice to have but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other forms of acceptable experience include:
  • 3-5 years Operations Experience (ie Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Marketing Ops, FP&A, Insurance)
  • Strong internal relationship building skills
  • Must be comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards
  • The ability to learn and apply basic concepts in new situations
  • Initiative to seek out answers, solutions, and positive outcomes for both the client and ADP.
  • Ability to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and categorize high-level information.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently while making sound decisions
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to communicate
  • Ability to formulate problem statements and structure analyses to identify root cause, provide options, present findings, and support decision making
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and matrix teams
  • Ability to strive in fast-paced evolving work environment
  • Project Management background another plus
