Essential Responsibilities/Activities:
  • Translate enterprise process strategy into global process priorities and operating plans for assigned domains
  • Lead global governance routines, decision forums, and escalation paths across assigned process areas
  • Ensure role clarity, accountability, and consistent execution across Managers, Sr. Global Process Owners, and site-connected BPO roles
  • Drive prioritization of process initiatives and investments based on business impact and capacity
  • Partner with leadership across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT to align process direction and business requirements.
  • Oversee the adoption of global standards and provide visibility into enterprise process performance trends.
  • Enable transformation beyond stabilization by reinforcing structured improvement and scalable operating practices
  • Develop leaders and elevate organizational capability in process ownership, governance, and execution discipline
  • Resolve cross-process or cross-functional conflicts that require global leadership intervention
  • Ensure processes and supporting systems continue to evolve in support of business growth and performance

Educational, Experience, and Travel Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or 10-15+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, transformation leadership, or process management.
