This position reports to:
Vice President Global Supply Chain
The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite
Your role and responsibilities:
Support in development and ensure communication and implementation of Global SCM strategies. Improve areas such as Indirect Materials & Services, Transport, Trade & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing, Process & Excellence, Finance, Risk Management, and Supply Base Management. Ensure implementation, maintenance and compliance of assigned Supply Chain Management activities and initiatives.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Supports implementation of SCM standards, tools and processes for MONM to include SCMIS Reporting, Conflict Minerals, Sustainability and Regulatory Demands on SCM.
  • Analyzes data needs to identify best solutions and implement improvements to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and value for the SCM Organization.
  • Create, maintain and refine weekly reporting on PPV, COTD, SPPM, Spend, Compliance and drive "information" from the data files
  • Maintain data files and support activities for Supplier Conflict Mineral Compliance, Reach, ROHS or any related activities

Qualifications for the role:
  • Bachelor's Degree with minimum 5 years OR Associate's Degree with minimum 7 years experience in supply chain, finance or IS related experience.
  • Technical Capabilities in: Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP and Power BI (preferred).
  • Good listening and communication skills with the ability to turn requests into reports and processes quickly.
  • Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
