Manager, AI & Data Analytics

Full-time Regular First/Mid-Level Fort Worth, TX, US

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Manager, AI and Data Analytics to lead the development and execution of enterprise AI, analytics, and data initiatives that enable smarter business decisions, improved operational efficiency, and enhanced member experiences.

This role will serve as a key liaison between business and technology teams, transforming organizational data into actionable insights while establishing a strong foundation for artificial intelligence, automation, and business intelligence across the enterprise.

Location/Schedule:

  • On site at our corporate office in Fort Worth, TX
  • Monday – Friday 08:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

AI Strategy, Governance and Planning

  • Develop and execute enterprise AI, automation, and analytics strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and advanced analytics to improve business processes and outcomes.
  • Partner with executive leadership to prioritize and deliver high-value initiatives.
  • Create AI strategy documents, technical problem statements, feasibility assessments, business cases, and implementation roadmaps to support prioritization and executive decisions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

AI Architecture, Design and Proof of Concepts

  • Lead AI proof-of-concept initiatives, pilots, and scalable production implementations.
  • Establish AI governance, ethical AI practices, security standards, and performance monitoring.
  • Support intelligent automation and AI-powered business solutions.

Data Strategy, Architecture & Governance

  • Develop data strategies that support reporting, analytics, and AI readiness.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, quality standards, and compliance practices.
  • Oversee enterprise data architecture, integration, and lifecycle management.

Analytics, Business Intelligence and Insights

  • Define enterprise reporting and analytics standards.
  • Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Translate business questions into actionable data insights and recommendations.
  • Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives.

Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team

  • Manage and mentor a team of Data Analysts.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Allocate resources and prioritize initiatives to support organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a technical and managerial escalation point for data and analytics projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, data analytics, information technology, or related disciplines.
  • Experience leading enterprise analytics, AI, automation, or business intelligence initiatives.
  • Experience managing technical teams and delivering projects in Agile environments.
  • Advanced SQL and business intelligence experience.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience in financial services or credit union environments.
  • Experience With:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Power BI and enterprise reporting platforms
  • Python
  • Workflow automation platforms
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI-driven automation solutions
