Position Summary:
Leads recruitment for supervisor, staff, and manager-level roles across ISC by aligning talent needs with project, operational, and growth priorities. Partners with hiring managers, department heads, and division leadership to source qualified candidates, support workforce planning, and monitor recruiting metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for supervisor, staff, and manager-level roles across regions and projects, from workforce planning and job requirement alignment through candidate selection and offer decisions.
  • Partner with operations, project managers, department leaders, and senior leadership to define staffing needs, support timely hiring decisions, and align recruiting priorities with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through referrals, networking, targeted outreach, recruiting platforms, and industry engagement.
  • Screen and interview candidates, present qualified talent slates, coordinate interview processes, prepare offer letters, and support new hire follow-up for a smooth transition.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to strengthen ISC's recruiting strategy, employer brand, candidate experience, onboarding support, and recruiting tools.
  • Use recruiting metrics, pipeline insights, best practices, and business awareness to track performance, improve processes, and resolve moderately complex recruiting issues.
  • Coordinate approved candidate travel, hospitality, and recruiting logistics while managing short-term work plans, deadlines, budgets, and related costs.
Primary Recruiting Activities:
  • Source qualified candidates and collect resumes for open positions.
  • Evaluate resumes to identify candidates whose experience and qualifications align with hiring needs.
  • Advance candidate leads, gather hiring team feedback, and maintain accurate recruiting documentation.
  • Foster consistent, professional communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manages own time to meet agreed targets; develops plans for short-term work activities in own area.

Qualifications:
