Here is the available position: Coordinator Full-time, between 30 and 40 hours per week Day shift Professional requirements: Recognized diploma or equivalent as a PAB and/or auxiliary nurse PDSP CPR Law 90 / Jurisdiction 6 MAPAQ Manager (can be acquired after hiring) Miscellaneous : 2 attendance bonuses per year (2 paid days) 3 weeks of annual vacation Work schedule may include weekends for replacements, leave or vacations of team leaders Work schedule may include on-call periods in the event of management absences or holidays. In case of personal absence, the employee must call management. In the event of a team leader's absence, the employee must cover the entire shift of the absent team leader (if no suitable replacement is available). They must reorganize their work schedule to combine the important tasks from both the team leader's schedule and their own. In the absence of a PAB in addition to the team leader, cover floor only. Job description: Under the supervision of management, ensure the smooth running of the residence (schedule, calendar, tasks, etc.); To ensure the quality of care and services provided by employees and supervisors; Ensuring good working methods for employees and team leaders; Ensure compliance with the rules, procedures and standards of the various legislations (MAPAQ, CISSS, internal policies, etc.); Providing basic care, helping and supporting residents; Report changes in residents' health; To act as a resource person for families, residents and professionals of the CISSS; Other related tasks.
