Help

Analyze clinical practice, recommend, and implement improvements in all areas of the clinic

Assure effectiveness of clinic nursing and administrative operations by revising and refining operational activities, performance improvement, and internal control activities, to include conducting audits and preparing reports of findings

Assist with budgeting functions for assigned services

Assist the clinical staff in resolving issues and implementing solutions to various problems through automation, telecommunications, and data processing

Responsible for providing nursing care to eligible beneficiaries at TAMC, the Pacific Rim, and surrounding communities

Provide leadership and nursing direction to nursing personnel responsible for providing patient care

Assign work based on subordinate knowledge, abilities, and clinic workload

Evaluate work performance of subordinates and finds ways to improve production or increase the quality of the work directed

Triage patients, set priorities for care and assigns patients to doctors
