At ExlService.com, LLC, we are looking for a talented and self-driven Full Stack Engineer to join our SGU_Analytics & AI Services_Services>IMU_Healthcare and Life Sciences_Large Payers department. This role is perfect for a mid to senior-level engineer with a strong foundation in React, TypeScript, and Python-based API development. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performance applications and a keen interest in AI technologies. We value hands-on experience, independence, and a fast-paced, iterative approach to development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain user interfaces with React.js, ensuring modern UI/UX practices.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) for server-side logic.
  • Integrate with various databases and implement ORM models for efficient data management.
  • Implement pub/sub messaging patterns for real-time data processing, enhancing system responsiveness.
  • Optimize application performance through caching techniques, improving overall efficiency.
  • Integrate LLMs and AI technologies to enhance system intelligence and automation capabilities.
  • Conduct thorough testing, including unit, regression, and integration tests, and maintain automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools for automated build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring a smooth development workflow.
  • Leverage cloud platforms, preferably GCP, for scalable and reliable deployments, optimizing resource utilization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong focus on React.js, TypeScript, and Python (FastAPI, Flask).
  • Proficiency in database integration and ORM models, with experience in BigQuery, Spanner, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, such as PubSub and RabbitMQ, for efficient data processing.
  • Experience with caching technologies, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure acceptable).
  • Knowledge of agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and LLM technologies is highly advantageous.
  • Limited Java/Spring Boot experience is a plus, demonstrating a well-rounded skill set.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently.
