The Assistant Director provides timely and interpretive reports for the Director of Admissions and Data Analytics, Director of Executive Education, SPS's Senior Leadership Team, and others to inform recruitment, communication, selection, and enrollment strategies and policies. The incumbent will be expected to make recommendations on how to improve SPS enrollments based on data analysis from multiple sources.

Preferred

  • Experience with Ellucian Banner or other student information and customer relationship management systems

  • Experience developing and providing training to a professional and potentially non-technical audience

2. Analytical Framework & Decision Support

How do you translate complex metrics into clear recommendations for senior leadership? Additionally, how do you approach designing visualizations so that non-technical stakeholders can make quick, informed decisions?

3. Data Analysis
