GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a European Union law that sets strict guidelines on how organizations collect, use, and store personal data of EU citizens. CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) is a California state law that gives residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know, delete, and opt-out of the sale of their data. Both GDPR and CCPA aim to give individuals more control over their personal data and require organizations to implement robust privacy practices.
