Job description

Imagine yourself...
  • Thriving in a supportive team environment that inspires you to strive for excellence.
  • Collaborating with a bright, diverse, global team.
  • Joining a colorful company with a proven track record of success and an exciting future ahead.

It's all possible with a role at X-Rite Pantone, the global leaders in color science and technology.
X-Rite Pantone, a Veralto company, provides complete end-to-end color management solutions for clients in every industry where color matters. At X-Rite Pantone, you'll deftly blend the art and science of color to help customers inspire, select, measure, formulate, communicate and match color so that users get color right the first time, every time. And along the way, you'll build a vibrant career through rich skill-building opportunities, on-the-job learning, and coaching and training that supports your continued development and growth.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Director - Print & Pack, the Product Manager - Cloud Platform will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the global B2B cloud platform. This role will drive high-impact, customer-centric solutions through agile practices, continuous delivery, and data-driven decision-making.
This position is part of the Product Management team, located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and will be hybrid.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Define product vision and roadmap aligned with X-Rite's SaaS and platform strategy, ensuring tight connection to customer value and business goals
  • Lead development of cloud-native software in close partnership with engineering, key accounts, and sales - from discovery through launch and scale
  • Embed AI and agentic AI capabilities into the platform, identifying opportunities for LLM-powered features, intelligent automation, and agent-driven workflows that create customer value
  • Drive data-driven decisions using product analytics, KPIs, and customer insights to guide prioritization and investment
  • Run experimentation (A/B testing, MVPs, prototypes) to validate hypotheses, de-risk bets, and scale what works
  • Own backlog, prioritization, and delivery in an agile / continuous delivery model, ensuring predictable execution and fast feedback loops
  • Align cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, customer success) and influence outcomes across the organization, including senior stakeholders
  • Engage directly with customers to capture needs, validate solutions, and translate insights into product opportunities

The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software / SaaS product management, ideally with B2B platforms at scale
  • Solid understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data, AI, and agentic AI platforms and strategies
  • Familiarity with agentic AI workflows, LLM-powered product features, or AI-assisted automation in a product context
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery practices
  • Experience with price testing, pricing models, UX, and CX optimization
  • Knowledge of color science or adjacent domains (printing, coatings, textiles)
  • Exposure to platform/ecosystem strategies (developer APIs, partner integrations, marketplace models)

We offer:
  • 14 Paid holidays and a permissive paid time off policy emphasizing flexibility and trust
  • Ongoing investment in your career through dedicated training, on-the-job development, and coaching
  • Total rewards that support your success at work and beyond, including comprehensive health benefits, a 401(k) savings plan with employer match, and associate wellbeing programming with rewards

X-Rite Pantone is proud to part of the Product Quality & Innovation segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods. When you join Veralto's vibrant global network of nearly 17,000 associates, you join a unique culture and work environment where purpose meets possibility: where the work you do has an everyday impact on the resources and essentials we all rely on, and where you'll have valuable opportunities to deepen your skillset, pursue your ambitions, and grow your career.
