This individual will serve as a senior member of the team, partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, define analytics roadmaps, gather requirements, architect solutions, and deliver scalable data and analytics capabilities using Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI.

This role is expected to operate as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping shape the direction of data and analytics initiatives while remaining actively involved in architecture, modeling, development, deployment, and ongoing support.
Position Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Solution Leadership
Serve as the primary data and analytics partner for assigned business areas, building strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution design workshops to understand business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Translate business strategies and analytical needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Develop and maintain solution roadmaps aligned to business priorities and enterprise data strategy.

Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop source-to-target mappings, transformation logic, and data lineage documentation.
Establish and promote best practices for analytics engineering, data governance, data quality, and platform design.
Lead architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and strategic data initiatives.
Analytics Engineering & Data Development
Design, build, test, deploy, and support dbt models, transformation frameworks, and analytics solutions.
Develop scalable ELT solutions utilizing Snowflake and modern data integration tools.
Build curated analytics datasets and semantic models that enable enterprise reporting and self-service analytics.
Optimize data pipelines and transformations for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Implement automated testing, monitoring, and data quality controls throughout the analytics lifecycle.
Support CI/CD and DevOps practices within the analytics engineering environment.
Snowflake Platform Development
Design and implement Snowflake databases, schemas, and data products.
