Job description

The Role: Reporting to the Associate Director, Partner Services The Senior Data Operations Manager serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing system operations, data integrity, and process excellence across all sales and marketing functions. You will lead a team that ensures seamless system functionality while establishing and maintaining comprehensive data governance standards that empower both local and regional stakeholders to make informed decisions. As the organization's primary guardian of data integrity, you will will define, implement, and monitor rigorous standards across all interconnected systems, ensuring compliance with business expectations through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established governance frameworks. You will drive organizational effectiveness by identifying and measuring key performance indicators that align with business objectives, while continuously evaluating and optimizing workflows to enhance operational efficiency.   • Manage and Optimize data workflows and system integrations across S4HANA, Salesforce, MSF, Tableau, and connected platforms while maintaining strategic awareness to surface critical risks, opportunities, and change impacts to senior leaders.
  • Develop a high-performing team through the activation of clearly defined key performance metrics. Drive proactive team performance by setting and teaching standards while implementing process improvements that support team and organizational efficiency.
  • Build cross-functional relationships and lead through transformation. Engage all teams to drive collaboration and innovation. Communicate proactively to keep all key stakeholders involved and up to date on the status of initiatives and projects.
  • Oversee a comprehensive data governance framework, ensuring clean data input and output across all integrated systems; document, standardize, and modernize data management processes to maintain consistency and accuracy within current technology platforms.
  • Support Regional and Global Projects as the subject matter expert and owner of Customer Master Data in the US & CA. Ensuring all of the business needs for each country are accounted for during the development phase.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with MIS/Analytics concentration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics or Data Analytics/science, Operations Management.
  • 3+ years of team leadership experience.
  • 5+ years of Master Data and operations management
  • 5+ years experience in SAP/S4 Hana.
  • Background in Data Governance and process documentation.
  • A systems-thinking approach to manage the complex interdependencies between platforms, processes, and teams, ensuring that all data operations are clearly documented, seamlessly integrated, and positioned to support the organization's growth and strategic initiatives
