We are looking for a driven Operations Manager who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and takes pride in running a tight operation. The right person will anticipate challenges, lead with confidence, and make smart, real-time decisions that protect both customer satisfaction and profitability.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily rental operations to ensure a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure. You will lead a team, manage fleet readiness, monitor performance, and make informed decisions that directly impact revenue and service levels.

Operational Leadership

  • Oversee and streamline the rental process to minimize wait times and deliver fast, friendly, efficient service

  • Maintain a clean, well-managed, and diverse fleet that aligns with customer demand, including specialty vehicles

  • Forecast staffing and fleet needs using historical data and market trends

  • Monitor workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks

  • Anticipate unexpected demand and implement plans to maintain smooth performance

  • Identify and resolve slowdowns across departments

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales-driven team to meet revenue and performance goals

  • Monitor productivity and follow up consistently on team performance

  • Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring team members

  • Develop and enhance cross-training programs to strengthen team flexibility

  • Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team

This role is exempt and pays $60K] to $63K a year.
