Summary
In this role, you will serve as a cross-functional data operations expert supporting Clinical Database (CDB) Mapping and Operational Database (ODB) Mapping initiatives. You will manage multiple ODB implementation projects, ensure accurate and timely data operations, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to improve operational performance. You will leverage analytical expertise, process improvement methodologies, and emerging technologies to enhance data quality, drive innovation, and support scalable healthcare data operations.
Responsibilities:
  • Participate in CDB Resource Manager, Lab, and Reported Financials mapping activities to identify cost, utilization, and clinical opportunities.
  • Manage multiple ODB implementation projects and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support ODB implementations, operational support activities, and process enhancements.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for ODB mapping workflows, methodologies, and operational processes.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot data quality issues, mapping discrepancies, and workflow inefficiencies.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities, process improvements, and innovative solutions.
  • Support the development and optimization of data intake, mapping, and reporting workflows.
  • Investigate operational challenges and recommend data-driven solutions to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Contribute to process documentation, knowledge sharing, standardization efforts, and adoption of AI-enabled tools and technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, analytics, information systems, or related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in data analysis, data operations, healthcare analytics, or related operational environments required.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills required.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel required.
  • Experience with Vizient's CDB and ODB preferred.
  • Experience with Power Platform tools, including Power BI and Power Automate, preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve workflows and operational efficiency preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Previous healthcare data, clinical data, or healthcare operations experience preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.
